Our dynamic, energetic team has combined technical experience of almost 150 years, and our skilled machinists are trained CNC and conventional machining and fabrication specialists.
All engineering is done in-house, delivering superior turn-around times. Only OEM specified materials and seals are utilised in all manufacturing and repair processes. We stock most OEM seal kits such as Cat, Komatsu, Hitachi, Liebherr, and many more. A delivery and collection service is offered to all our clients as well as a 24-hour breakdown service.
Jag Hydraulics repairs and refurbishes hydraulic equipment including rotary connection, track adjustors, final drives and nitrogen charged front and rear suspension. We also feature a large variety of service exchange units from open cast to underground mining. Cylinders, pumps, motors and other all service exchange repairs to OEM specifications - minimising customer machine downtime.
Jag Hydraulics operates out of a modern 2000sq metre facility which includes 4 milling machines, 5 centre lathes, 2 radial drills, CO2 welding machines, endoscopes, 2 Honing machines capable of honing barrels of up to 7 metres in length. TUXCO hydraulic cylinder servicer imported from the USA. Electronic custom built hydraulic cylinder test bench measuring stroke (laser controlled), testing for hydraulic oil bypass, pressure load lock test on both anular and full bore side. Custom designed hydraulic pump, motor and valve bank test bench (Designed and built in Germany), portable hydraulic test bench, capable of testing and setting hydraulic pressures on site, and 5 overhead cranes.
The company's drawing office aids customers in the design and modification of hydraulic components with the use of 3D modelling and auto cad systems. Its inspection department inspects all components to OEM specifications
